I ordered my notary stamp and got the proof back quickly. It was kinda nice how easy it was to review everything and approve it without needing a bunch of back and forth.
I appreciated being able to see it before they made it. The whole process was simple, clear, and stress-free. I’d use them again.

The return policy was a hassle. I’ll give them credit, it’s impressive how something that should be simple managed to turn into such a drawn-out process. I wasn’t expecting anything special, just an easy return, but it ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Fair prices and no surprises"
the prices felt fair compared to a few other notary stamp sites I checked out. Nothing seemed ridiculously marked up, and I liked that the shipping cost showed up before I had to pay.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I did see a couple cheaper options elsewhere, but this site felt straightforward, honest enough, and easy to use.

"Couldn’t find anything at all"
I had such a hard time finding anything. The navigation was confusing, then I’d click around and still couldn’t find what I needed, and it just kept feeling confusing over and over. After a few minutes of going in circles, I gave up fast.

I was actually surprised by how many notary stamps and supplies they had. I found what I needed without too much trouble, though a bunch of the options looked almost the same, which got a little annoying when I just wanted to pick one and be done. Took me longer than I expected to decide, but the selection was solid overall.

The stamp was fine overall, but I was in a bit of a rush and needed a quick answer about my order. I reached out to customer service with what I thought was a simple question, but it took a couple days to hear back. By that point, I’d already figured it out on my own. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just frustrating when you’re trying to get something sorted quickly.

I’m not sure if I pressed too hard or maybe didn’t use enough ink, but the stamp came out really blurry for me. I could barely read it on the page, so it wasn’t very useful.

I had what I thought was a simple question about my order, so I reached out to customer support and even had my receipt and order email pulled up in case they needed details. The replies came back quickly, but they felt kind of rushed and didn’t really answer what I was asking.
I ended up having to explain the same thing more than once, which got frustrating fast. The product itself might be fine, but the back-and-forth with support definitely made the whole experience feel disappointing.

"Stamp quality wasn’t good"
I ordered a stamp from notarypublicstamps.com i’m disappointed. The impression doesn’t come out clean at all, some areas are way too light and the edges look messy. I figured it would be ready to use right away, but it feels kind of cheap. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not really happy with the experience.

I finally got my order placed, but i blame their checkout setup for making it such a hassle. It kept asking me to double-check the same info, and the total wasn’t really clear until the very end. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not a smooth one

"Stamp was made fast, but shipping dragged"
The stamp itself was made quickly, faster than I expected. I do have to say, though, the shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked. The production part was fast, no complaints there, but the waiting on shipping was kind of annoying. So yeah, the stamp was done fast, but the shipping felt slow.

The stamp itself works fine, so no complaints there. But I was disappointed with the design options. They made it seem like there would be a lot more layouts and fonts to choose from, and that just wasn’t the case. Ordering was easy enough, but it felt like they promised more than they actually delivered.

The ink does the job and prints clearly at first, but I noticed it starts fading a little faster than I expected. It’s not unusable by any means, but it reminded me that sometimes the cheaper or simpler option is fine for everyday stuff, just maybe not for anything you want to keep looking sharp long-term.

I ordered a notary stamp and realized after it arrived that the county was wrong. I reached out to them and they did get back to me, though it wasn’t the quickest response.
They offered to send a corrected replacement, which I appreciated, but I did have to explain the situation more than once and wait a few days for everything to get sorted out. The new stamp showed up fine and was accurate.
Overall, they did fix the issue, so I can’t really complain too much. The process could’ve been smoother, but it worked out in the end.
